UNI-FIX manufactures test fixtures for all Teradyne test platforms,
including the TestStation, GR228x, Z18xx, Spectrum 88xx, Spectrum 91xx and
L2xx/L3xx interfaces.
Like all UNI-FIX products, these fixtures are available in vacuum,
mechanical or pneumatic configurations with a variety of standard and
optional features like molded seals or mechanical gate hold-down,
dual-side access, bi-level testing, FrameScan, Opens X-Press and much more.
