Board Handler Fixture
UNI-FIX is a factory trained source for test fixtures used in the
IPTE board handlers. These handlers are used on many Teradyne
in-line test systems including those with TestStation, GR228x and Z18xx interfaces.
Like all UNI-FIX products, these fixtures are available in many
configurations and offer a variety of standard and
optional features like dual-side access, bi-level testing, device scan
technology and much more.
